Job Summary
Achieve Beyond seeks a dedicated Special Education Itinerant Teacher in Long Island, NY to provide one-on-one special instruction to children aged 3 to 5, collaborate with families, and maintain accurate records while advocating for children with special needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a passion for working with children and families!
- One of the following NYS certifications/licenses: Students with Disabilities (Birth 2) Initial or Professional Certification, Permanent Special Education Certification, TSHH Permanent Certification, TSLD Initial or Professional Certification, NYS Licensed Master Social Worker, NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Must be self-motivated and a team player who exercises patience and professionalism.
