Special Education Instructional Assistant Elementary 2026/2027

Provide systemic, individualized instruction in an intensive learning environment using Applied Behavior Analytic methodologies to teach academic, social, communication, and life skills across varied settings. Deliver hands-on practice through task analysis, discrete trial, and incidental teaching while meeting weekly with support staff to review student data and behavioral issues. Incorporate evidence-based curricula informed by data to assist students in generalizing skills in relevant contexts. Participate in district safety and de-escalation training and utilize strategies in accordance with behavior management plans. Assignment begins immediately and continues through the end of the school year.
