Job Summary
Provide systemic, individualized instruction in an intensive learning environment with frequent hands-on practice across academic, social, communication, and life skills. Teach critical skills to assist students in generalizing abilities in relevant contexts while employing Applied Behavior Analytic methodologies. Implement behavior plans and individualized reinforcement plans through formats like task analysis, discrete trial, and incidental teaching. Consult with the DSC Teacher and BCBA to review student data, programs, and behavioral issues weekly. Participate in district-provided safety and de-escalation training. Start August 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in special education or education
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) methodologies
