Job Summary
Special Education In-Person Tutor needed across CA to provide 1:1 in-home tutoring. Responsibilities include conducting engaging 1:1 sessions, developing personalized lesson plans aligned with each student’s IEP, adapting materials and assessments to fit individual learning needs, tracking progress, and communicating with parents and teachers to ensure cohesive support. Candidates must be able to commute in-person, have experience with students with special needs, and be enrolled in college or have completed an AA/BA or higher. Flexible scheduling includes before/after school or weekends (approximately 10-20 hours per month) with performance-based incentives and various benefits. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to commute in-person
- Experience working with students with special needs and accommodations is highly preferred
- Must be enrolled in College or have completed an AA, BA or higher
- Ability to pass an in-person background check (if required)
