Special Education Co-Teacher- JES

Special Education Co-Teacher collaborates with the general education teacher to plan, deliver, and assess instruction for students in grades 3–5, providing specially designed instruction and implementing accommodations/modifications from IEPs. Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic evaluations, collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress, supporting behavior and social-emotional needs, coordinating with paraprofessional staff and related service providers, creating differentiated instruction, and maintaining effective communication with families to ensure compliance with IEP goals and instructional requirements.
