Special Education Classroom Aide

Assist teachers in implementing instructional and behavioral plans for students with special needs while providing one-on-one or small group support as directed. Help with classroom organization, materials preparation, and supervision of students, including support for personal care needs when necessary. Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment and document student progress or concerns for supervising teachers. This full-time role follows the school calendar and requires a high school diploma, with previous experience in educational or special needs settings preferred.
