Special Education Assistant, II-B (Multiple Positions)

Special Education Assistant positions at Bradford Woods Elementary School in the North Allegheny School District (PA) provide student support across regular and/or special education environments. Responsibilities include collaborating with Inclusion Facilitators, Special Education Teachers and Regular Education Teachers to support students’ academic, emotional, social, behavioral, and physical needs for 7 hours per day during the school year. Starting hourly rate is $20.70 with a benefits package. Minimum qualifications require 48 post-secondary credits, an Associates Degree, or successful ParaPro Assessment, plus current clearances (Child Abuse History, PA Criminal Record, FBI Fingerprint), Mandated Reporter Training, and pre-employment Physical and TB Test.
