Special Education Aide/Job Coach - Tomball High School - 2026-2027 School Year

Special Education Aide/Job Coach duties include supervising, training, and guiding students with disabilities in a work-training program at Tomball High School, under the supervision of a certified teacher. Responsibilities include training and supervising students on the job, communicating with the VAC, employers, and parents about student employment skills, supporting transportation to and from work sites, promoting inclusion and adherence to IEPs, assisting VAC-related tasks, maintaining daily documentation, and participating in staff development. The role requires strong organizational and adaptive skills, the ability to work under stress, and physical ability to walk, stand, kneel, bend, and lift up to 53 pounds.
