Special Education Aide - 7.5 hrs./day (3 Positions)

Assist special education and general education teachers with curriculum tasks, IEP accommodations, and clerical duties while providing physical support and monitoring individual students. Establish supportive relationships, serve as a resource for evaluation teams, and collaborate with staff to promote inclusive classroom participation and de-escalate challenging behaviors. Encourage positive social interactions and engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed on best practices. This ten-month role reports to certified personnel and the building principal.
