Job Summary
Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support students academically, socially, and emotionally in both group and one-on-one settings. Assist with classroom activities, adaptive physical education, and lessons while maintaining a positive, inclusive atmosphere. Monitor and record student progress to provide feedback to teachers. Foster a caring environment where students feel safe and encouraged. Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to ensure every student receives necessary support. Required Qualifications
- Meets Highly Qualified standards as defined by the Every Student Succeeds Act: Associate's Degree preferred, or High School diploma or general education degree with 60 hours college credit from an accredited college, or passing score on the ParaPro exam.
