Special Education Aide - 6.25 hrs/day (To begin in August 2026)

Special Education Paraeducator/Aide at Mulberry Elementary School in Muscatine, IA for a 9-month, 6.25-hour/day schedule (8:00am–2:30pm, Mon-Fri) starting August 2026. Responsibilities include assisting the classroom teacher to help students achieve academic, social, and behavioral goals; may work one-on-one with students; support data collection under teacher direction; assist with personal hygiene as needed; maintain regular attendance; on-site work. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; bilingual preferred or highly desirable. Training in medications administration may be required; pre-employment background check and onboarding/training required. On-site essential functions with potential for training and scheduling adjustments based on student needs and building requirements.
