Special Ed. Specialized Paraeducator (Behavior)

Support students with specialized behavioral needs through daily instruction and behavior management strategies at College View Elementary School. Assist the special education team in implementing individualized behavior plans and providing direct support during classroom activities. Maintain accurate records of student progress and incident reports as required by district policy. This role offers a 7.5-hour workday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with competitive hourly pay ranging from $18.13 to $18.58. Candidates must hold at least 48 credit hours of college coursework, an associate degree, or a relevant certificate.
