Special Counsel: Business & Real Estate Litigator responsible for handling business and real estate disputes including contract, partnership, and property-related litigation; conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy; provide strategic litigation advice and develop tailored strategies; negotiate settlements and ADR; maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service while working independently in a remote-capable Of Counsel role.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed attorney in Idaho
- 8–10 years of experience in civil litigation with emphasis on business and real estate matters
- Strong trial, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment
