Job Summary
Special Care Aide / CNA role providing hands-on personal care to elderly and disabled clients in their homes. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, meal and snack preparation, light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning bathrooms, wiping surfaces, mopping), assisting with errands and essential shopping, observing and reporting medication compliance or concerns, escorting/transporting clients to appointments when approved, maintaining accurate documentation and timesheets, and supporting branch office duties when not providing direct care. Requires reporting to Care Team Supervisor/Branch Manager; requires High School Diploma or GED and Oklahoma CNA/LTCA certification, with at least 2 years of in-home or healthcare caregiving experience, compassionate and patient-focused approach, reliable transportation, and ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
