Job Summary
Lead research and preparation of executive briefings, synthesizing background information on individuals, organizations, and topics in advance of meetings and presentations. Support senior executives with project coordination, tracking deliverables, and following up on outstanding items. Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics for internal and external appointments, and managing the commissions and client donations processes. Compile departmental weekly reports, track executives' expenses, and prepare documents, copies, and presentations as directed. Greet and escort guests to conference rooms while ensuring proper setup. Operate in a hybrid model with remote days on Mondays and Fridays, and office days on Tuesdays through Thursdays. Salary ranges from $45,000 to $60,000.
Required Qualifications
- Prior internship or work experience in a professional setting
- College degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Zoom
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to anticipate the needs of senior executives
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight and shifting time pressures
- Prioritizes discretion and the utmost respect for confidentiality
- Team player and customer service-oriented
