Job Summary
Manage and analyze fiduciary, investment, and operational processes for special asset valuations, asset setup, and movement. Analyze complex documentation including subscription agreements, operating agreements, management letters, annual reports, and financial statements to ensure proper valuation and regulatory compliance. Provide consultation and direction to internal and external customers regarding special assets, while reviewing existing processes to drive improvements and update standard operating procedures. Monitor quality, identify exceptions, and participate in risk mitigation activities to ensure all actions conform to regulatory and policy requirements. Execute complex transactions utilizing standard procedures and address unique situations to verify work processes for completeness and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- university / college degree
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
