Job Summary
Special Asset Analyst responsible for tracking adversely graded loans within the bank's portfolio, performing financial and collateral analysis to assess repayment ability, and evaluating workout strategies to maximize loan asset value. Responsibilities include reviewing ongoing financial and collateral performance, analyzing and recommending workout options (loan modification, deed in lieu, short sale), approving loan reviews, monitoring bankruptcies and receiverships, supporting loss mitigation requests, ensuring servicing compliance, developing and implementing policies/procedures, documenting amendments/restructures, and coordinating communications and training to meet performance standards.
Required Qualifications
