Special Agent

Conduct timely, thorough criminal investigations into multi-claim, multi-carrier fraud schemes across Wisconsin, with a focus on the Greater Milwaukee area. Collect and analyze data to dismantle organized crime rings, secure arrests, and facilitate loss mitigations and restitution. Prepare investigative presentations for law enforcement and prosecutors, and represent NICB in criminal court as an expert witness. Serve as a liaison to member companies, law enforcement agencies, and government bodies while providing comprehensive training on insurance crime matters. Identify potential new member customers and maintain professional organization memberships. Operate and maintain company-issued equipment, including driving a vehicle to fulfill field duties within an unstructured, largely unsupervised environment.
