Job Summary
Oversee and resolve complex customer service requests through written, verbal, and digital channels while ensuring accurate tracking, quoting, and contractual compliance for specialized service offerings. Negotiate equitable solutions for freight bill disputes and prepare corrective action reports to document and resolve service defects. Provide performance insights by delivering regular customer performance reports to support retention and satisfaction. Analyze and prevent service performance deficiencies to implement proactive solutions addressing potential service level issues. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Requires high school diploma, two years of customer service or transportation operations experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400. Pay rate is $18.14 to $20.81 per hour.
