Job Summary
Manage products returned by customers for recalls, including counting return product and packaging for disposition. Support recall specialists by answering customer inquiries and issuing issue call tags. Organize the returned area to ensure timely processing of returned items. Assist in FDA recall effectiveness visits. Requires at least two years of administrative experience and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Full-time role with a salary range of $21.75 to $31.50 hourly. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative function
- Advance skills level in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrate an eagerness to assist internal and external customers
