Job Summary
Manage patient accounts receivable for the Respiratory Health Division, performing collections and researching resolutions with patients/families (self-pay, financial assistance, device return) and guiding accounts to completion. Generate letters after insurance denials, process financial assistance applications, review and track results, and follow up with patients. Create adjustments per policy, arrange device shipment or pickup, work with collection agencies as needed, and generate manual invoices/quotes for specialized billing (e.g., Embassy, CHOP, Mexico, Canada, Trust Fund). Build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues; maintain timely, professional communication. Requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in healthcare billing/collections; English/Spanish bilingual preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office and billing databases; able to work independently with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Required Qualifications
