Job Summary
Production Labourer on Plant 41's 12-hour shift in Halifax, responsible for processing parts, operating and troubleshooting automated manufacturing center equipment, and supporting continuous improvement with Kaizen and CORE tools. Role requires extensive training, staying current with job requirements and policies, maintaining training documentation, and participating in EH&S initiatives and incident investigations. Must have Grade 12 or GED; 2+ years manufacturing experience; aerospace/automated manufacturing experience is an asset. Must be a permanent resident or Canadian citizen and able to pass education verification and background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 or GED
- A Technical/Trade Diploma in an engineering discipline, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience will be considered an asset and may provide an advantage to the applicant.
- At least 2 years experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Previous manufacturing experience in an aerospace environment or in an automated manufacturing environment will be considered an asset and may provide an advantage to the applicant.
