Facilitate the personal, social, and intellectual development of students by establishing a nurturing learning environment and responding to individual needs. Implement useful assessment measures, select effective instructional methods, and maintain proper discipline while addressing routine behavior issues. Cover classes according to contractual guidelines, supervise students during passing times, and manage recess and lunch duties. Maintain open communication with parents, distribute school communications, and ensure the classroom is secure at the end of the day. Adhere to strict confidentiality policies and participate in school-wide projects, professional growth activities, and faculty meetings.
