Job Summary
Document Content Specialist I needed to create and update clear, easy-to-follow work instructions used by manufacturing teams. You will ensure documentation is accurate and understandable, use internal systems to manage and maintain procedure updates, support improvements in instruction creation with new tools, and assist team members with documentation tools and processes in a high-tech manufacturing environment in Beverly, MA. This is an entry-level role early in a manufacturing or documentation-focused career, offering growth within a global technology company; prior experience in manufacturing or documentation is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years manufacturing/production or similar hands-on experience preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written communication skills
- Ability to follow standardized processes and procedures
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
