Job Summary
Lead the creation, administration, and tracking of annual dealer agreements while managing policy programs for minimum standards, credit lines, and MAP. Monitor dealer compliance, identify violations, and execute enforcement processes including corrective actions and required communications. Partner with legal, field sales, and channel leadership to establish policy requirements, develop reporting on program status and performance trends, and coordinate non-compliance assessments. Support dealer performance improvement initiatives by tracking metrics and coordinating intervention strategies. This hybrid role requires up to 25% travel for sales meetings and dealer shows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, project management, or a related field
- Demonstrated project management experience with a proven track record of delivering results
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Travel required up to 25% of the time
- Former employees must be eligible for rehire
- Current employees must be in good standing
