Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of five technical specialists across Malmö, Stockholm, Göteborg, Halmstad, and Västerås, fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture that supports professional growth. Drive the strategic growth of the Safety & Advisory business in Sweden by cultivating client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding market presence. Take full responsibility for the unit's operational and financial performance, managing resource planning, budget ownership, and commercial success while overseeing the delivery of complex safety and advisory projects with high technical quality. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the Nordic region and internationally to share expertise and coordinate global approaches. This strategic leadership role combines people development, business growth, and technical excellence to strengthen Ramboll's Safety & Advisory offering in Sweden.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams within engineering consultancy, infrastructure, transport or another regulated technical environment
- Demonstrated experience with business development, client relationship management and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth
- Experience managing departmental or project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and resource planning
- Strong understanding of project delivery, commercial management and stakeholder engagement within complex technical environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire others, influence decision-making and build trusted relationships
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
- Some travel within Sweden expected
- Some international travel expected
