Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of five technical specialists in Safety & Advisory across Sweden, fostering a collaborative culture that supports professional growth. Drive strategic business growth by cultivating client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding market presence within the Nordic region. Take full responsibility for the unit's operational and financial performance, managing resource planning, budget ownership, and commercial success. Oversee the delivery of complex safety and advisory projects, ensuring high technical quality, strong client satisfaction, and effective risk management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Sweden and the international Rail network to share expertise and develop disciplines through coordinated global approaches. Work closely with colleagues in Denmark and other countries, with some international travel expected.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams within engineering consultancy, infrastructure, transport or another regulated technical environment
- Demonstrated experience with business development, client relationship management and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth
- Experience managing departmental or project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and resource planning
- Strong understanding of project delivery, commercial management and stakeholder engagement within complex technical environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire others, influence decision-making and build trusted relationships
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
- Some travel within Sweden expected
- Some international travel expected
