Job Summary
Deliver professionally recognised coaching to young people in Spear Leeds, supporting them into sustainable work or education. Build relationships with participants, demonstrating high emotional intelligence and a sense of humour while prioritising workload under pressure. Maintain active Christian values aligned with Spear and Bridge Community Church ethos, ensuring free access to coaching regardless of challenging circumstances. Full-time permanent role with 25 days annual leave, closing September 7th. Partner with Bridge Community Church to achieve shared goals of releasing young people's potential.
Required Qualifications
- An active Christian
- dedicated to representing the values and ethos of Spear and Bridge Community Church
- demonstrable experience as a coach
- a background in youth work or teaching
- a heart for young people and releasing their potential
- Effective interpersonal skills
- high emotional intelligence
- a sense of humour and fun
- great at building relationships
- solid communication skills
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- working well under pressure
- the ability to prioritise workload
