Job Summary
Expense Management Analyst in Merck KGaA Shared Services, based in the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia area, executing and delivering a broad range of financial services and processes across markets with emphasis on Travel & Expense. Responsibilities include resolving employee expense management inquiries, supporting team members with insights on evaluating progress, problem resolution, process improvement, communicating with internal customers, collaborating across ERP systems, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining a high-quality customer service culture. Requires Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (preferred), 3+ years in finance/accounts, SAP and SAP Concur familiarity, bilingual English/Chinese, and strong communication and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- AP experience is required
- Experience working in an organization providing services across multiple markets or geographies
- Experience using SAP and SAP Concur is desired
- Business-level English and Chinese language skills (speaking and writing) required
- Intermediate to Advanced PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
