Job Summary
Employee Expense Management Analyst supporting the JCAP region from the Kuala Lumpur BSC: manage end-to-end travel and expense processes, resolve inquiries and discrepancies, execute controls in the EEM system, identify inefficiencies and implement improvements, conduct trainings on expense policies and tools, provide guidance on policies to ensure adherence, collaborate with multiple internal teams and ERP systems, escalate unresolved issues, and maintain compliance with ethics and policy standards. Requires SAP/SAP Concur familiarity, AP experience, and business-level English and Japanese proficiency (N1/N2). Hybrid work arrangement in Malaysia (Selangor, Petaling Jaya) with a focus on timely, accurate processing in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting
- AP experience is required
- Expense Management experience is preferred
- Experience working across multiple markets or geographies
- Business-level English and Japanese language skills (N1 or N2) required
- Experience using SAP and SAP Concur is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
