Job Summary

HR Business Partner (Contract) to partner with business leads on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement. Responsibilities include organization design, talent management/succession, workforce planning, employee relations, people management coaching, performance management, culture and change stewardship, employee engagement and experience, HR delivery and systems, and project management to support the local HR strategy. The role requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, typically 3-5 years of experience, and strong business consulting capabilities, with experience in a matrixed organization, adaptability, and a focus on data-driven HR insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Preferably 3-5 years in a similar HR role
  • Strong business consulting skills and ability to develop innovative HR solutions
