Job Summary
Detail-oriented Specialist – AtR Statutory Reporting delivering statutory reporting and audit support primarily across the EMEA region, coordinating with market finance teams and external auditors; uses Workiva for template setup, mapping maintenance, and structure updates; supports financial statements and disclosures per local GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements; contributes to global finance transformation initiatives and standardization efforts; flexible to support other markets as business needs evolve and works across time zones in a hybrid setup in Malaysia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting, statutory reporting, or external audit within a multinational environment
- Experience with Workiva or similar reporting/consolidation tools is a plus
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exposure to external audit processes, including audit deliverables and response management
- Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint; SAP and S/4HANA is a plus
