Spc, Telehealth supports Visionworks' Telehealth program as an Onsite Telehealth Specialist/Optometric Assistant. Responsibilities include guiding patients through remote eye exams, acting as liaison between patients and Telemedicine Remote Physicians, conducting preliminary testing, maintaining patient records, introducing patients to the OD, transitioning patients to sales staff, and performing day-to-day store operations to support the exam lane and patient experience. Strong customer/patient service background is preferred; role requires knowledge of eye health, optics, and managed vision care, with emphasis on delivering a simple, human, and bold patient journey. Fully supports a full-time, in-person role in Raleigh, NC at the Visionworks location.
