Job Summary
Scheduling Specialist to support planning and scheduling of projects/outages using Primavera; gathers and analyzes project information, uses analytical reports to set and monitor schedules, ensures scheduling aligns with policy, meets with station teams and contractors for periodic updates, and works on-site at customer facilities in an industrial setting. Travel to multiple job sites daily is required; PPE such as hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and other gear are required. Performs other duties as assigned by client management; responsibilities emphasize Primavera scheduling expertise, analytical thinking, and collaboration with project teams to mitigate scheduling issues.
