Execute precision metal fabrication tasks including cutting and shaping materials according to technical drawings and sketches. Perform TIG welding operations strictly adhering to documentation, quality standards, and production schedules. Monitor welding processes, inspect weld quality visually and through measurements, and report any deviations or defects to the engineering team. Maintain equipment and tools while collaborating with the Quality Department to eliminate errors and implement process improvements. Adhere to all safety, fire, and environmental regulations within the rotating shift environment in Szczecin.
