Job Summary
Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, glassware, and coffee equipment while operating the dishwasher according to safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish station at all times to ensure a steady flow of clean dishes during service. Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks, including trash removal, floor cleaning, and breaking down boxes for the garbage compactor. Follow opening, mid-shift, and closing cleaning checklists while adhering to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Communicate with kitchen and café staff to anticipate dish needs. This part-time or full-time role requires weekend and holiday availability, with full-time employees eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance.

- Part-Time (20hrs+) must be available to work closings (until 7pm) on weekdays and weekends
- Full-Time availability (32hrs+)
