SparkNC Lab Leader

SparkLab Leader for SparkNC initiative in Granville County Public Schools, responsible for recruiting learners across multiple districts and delivering in-person, blended, or virtual high-tech learning experiences tied to the High-Tech Learning Accelerator; responsibilities include content development and delivery, coordinating technical components, co-designing modular experiences, creating a safe learning environment, and establishing feedback loops; collaboration with district staff, SparkNC team, and business partners to align with learner-centered, equitable, and flexible learning goals; candidate should have Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferred), experience in K-12 education, and a passion for expanding pathways into high-tech fields such as AI/ML, cybersecurity, software development, data analytics, game design, and UX; possess knowledge of evidence-based pedagogical approaches, Design Thinking and/or Project-Based Learning, and an entrepreneurial drive to lead learning experiences and partnerships.
