Spark HR Lead

Job Summary
Oversee all site-level HR activities by implementing strategies aligned with business objectives, managing employee relations, and driving performance processes. Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, support recruitment and talent development, and lead onboarding and training initiatives. Coordinate engagement surveys, administer compensation programs, and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies. Track HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Collaborate with regional teams to adopt HR systems and uphold Health, Safety & Environment standards. Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant Human Resources experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Knowledge of compensation, benefits, talent development, retention, engagement, and employee experience practices
- Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law
