Spare Parts Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary
Support Purchasing Department to draft procedures ensuring correct spare parts management in compliance with Group standards. Provide continuous training to employees managing the spare parts flow and assist with SAP transactions. Analyze warehouse arrangements to rationalize stock, control cycle counts, and track inventory levels for optimal stock. Develop new codification projects to guarantee standardization and maintain accurate data records. Establish interfaces as the point of contact with operations, engineering, quality, procurement, and other site personnel. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain with 3+ years of logistics experience, including 50% travel, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, or other related field
- 3+ years logistics, supply chain and engineering
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Have excellent customer service, interpersonal skills
- Experience and detail understanding of a spare parts business
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities at the same time
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to travel more than 50% of the time
