Job Summary
Spare Parts Order Management Specialist coordinating and developing end-to-end export processes for spare parts, maintaining strong relationships with Daimler Truck AG partners, coordinating logistics and export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and intercompany contracts, and tracking delivery dates while monitoring KPIs to drive improvements. Strong English skills, a relevant bachelor's degree, and at least 2 years of experience in export/logistics or supply chain are required, with a focus on customer satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration to sustain a reliable global supply chain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Trade and Logistics, Business Administration or related departments
- Excellent English skills
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Strong customer focus and setting up customer satisfaction as a priority with a proactive approach
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPI data and drive improvements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
