Job Summary
Spare Parts Operations Manager responsible for the end-to-end spare parts and service orders lifecycle, delivering to Japan Tobacco (JT) with delivery management, supply coordination, exception handling, and proactive customer communication. Role includes on-site customer visits when required, handling invoicing and documentation, inventory and warehouse control (including consignment stock), import/export coordination, and performance reporting. Drives continuous improvement of supply chain and service processes, collaborates across technical teams and customers, and supports sales planning. Requires a university degree, 5+ years in related operations, ERP experience (SAP preferred), strong English skills, and a solid business/analytical mindset.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- 5+ years in customer service, order management, supply chain, or industrial machinery-related operations
- ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Import/export experience
- B2B parts or industrial machinery experience
- Excellent communication skills and work ethic
- Experience with companies with a global matrix structure
- Strong business understanding, analytical skills
- Strong Excel knowledge and experience
- Excellent written and spoken English (TOEIC 800 score approx.)
