Spare Parts Manager

Job Summary
Develop spare parts lists and drawings for new lines, rebuilds, and installed equipment by collaborating with Engineering, Project Management, and Sales. Take ownership of the capital spares process, including pricing, delivery time development, and stocking strategies, while meeting customers regularly to anticipate needs and drive aftermarket sales growth. Work with Service, logistics, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and ensure correct parts arrive on time for service calls. Use SAP ERP, Salesforce, and Windows-based programs to manage these responsibilities. Occasionally travel domestically and internationally for on-site customer meetings.
Required Qualifications
- A technical school or college level degree and or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of a two-to-three-year experience in the pulp and paper or supporting industry
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (NAFTA) occasionally (up to 10%)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working around or on Paper Machine equipment
- A good mechanical aptitude with the ability to read mechanical drawings and bills of materials
- SAP experience
- Proficient in use of computers utilizing Windows based programs
