Job Summary
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Jeep & Alfa spare parts department, monitoring inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess. Forecast parts requirements based on service trends and coordinate with regional head office for ordering, warranty returns, and promotional campaigns. Supervise team staff through hiring, training, and performance reviews while ensuring accurate order fulfillment for workshop, retail, and wholesale clients. Maintain compliance with global parts standards, analyze monthly sales and inventory reports, and control pricing and discounts per policy. Requires a Bachelor's degree in mechanical/automotive engineering and five years of spare parts management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/automotive engineering or relevant technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts management
- dealership or similar automotive brand
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts cataloging systems (e.g., EPC, DMS)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
