Job Summary
Manage high-priority, expedited, and escalated Spare Parts orders from release through shipment, coordinating across Warehouse, Assembly, Inventory, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, and Materials. Monitor order progress daily to ensure timely completion, review aging reports to proactively address delays, and create work orders for fulfillment. Drive communication with departments to meet 24-hour shipping objectives whenever operationally possible. Requires strong organizational skills, Oracle experience, and ability to work in a warehouse environment under stressful conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience With MS Office/Excel/Outlook
- Oracle Experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
