Job Summary
Spare Parts Coordinator responsible for creating ideal spare parts packages for new installations, processing orders and quotations, coordinating deliveries to minimize downtime for customers worldwide, and supporting customers with technical spare parts solutions. Role includes identifying process improvements, potential product portfolio expansion, and on-site customer visits to better understand operations and challenges. Requires a technical background, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong English (German a plus), with exposure to ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor working and thinking level in Mechanical Engineering or technical field
- 2–3 years of experience in a service-oriented, technical, or logistics environment
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); German is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Customer-focused mindset and proactive attitude
- Affinity with technology and process improvement
