Job Summary
Spare Parts & Asset Inventory Analyst responsible for managing spare parts inventory for highly automated manufacturing assets, mitigating stock-out and obsolescence risks, optimizing inventory levels, and balancing service, reliability, and working capital objectives. Collaborates with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain; leverages ERP/SAP and CMMS/EAM to maintain data accuracy and provide actionable insights. Focused on asset criticality, lifecycle management, obsolescence and last-time buys, and achieving uptime through data-driven risk management and continuous improvement. Based onsite at the Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Jacksonville Campus with up to 10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, asset management, manufacturing operations, engineering support, or supply chain analytics
