Spare Part Data Specialist

Job Summary
Maintain, analyze, and develop spare parts installed base data to support customer digitalization initiatives, digital platforms, and eCommerce solutions. Contribute to process improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through high-quality data management. Support the development of Valmet's digitalization roadmap by providing data, insights, and expertise for business development initiatives, including AI-related projects. Collaborate with sales teams, technology experts, IT developers, and other stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business and customer needs. Drive continuous improvement of data quality, system structures, and product lifecycle information management processes.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a technical field related to information management, data quality, engineering, or a similar discipline
- Experience with tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, SolidWorks PDM, or COMOS
- Good Finnish and English language skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with system integrations
- Experience with AI-enabled business tools, digitalization projects, or advanced analytics
