Job Summary
Provide professional customer support to airline passengers via designated communication channels, assisting with flight reservations, modifications, cancellations, and general travel inquiries. Handle customer complaints efficiently while maintaining service quality standards and documenting all interactions according to internal procedures. Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions to ensure accurate responses. Work rotating schedules Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 21:00, including weekends and public holidays, with 2 rotating days off per week. Requires fluent Spanish and English, along with a problem-solving mindset for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
