Job Summary
Provide professional customer support to airline passengers via designated communication channels, assisting with flight reservations, modifications, cancellations, and general travel inquiries. Handle customer complaints efficiently while maintaining service quality standards and documenting all interactions according to internal procedures. Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions to ensure accurate assistance. Work Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 21:00 with rotating days off. Fluent Spanish and English required with valid Portugal work authorization.
