Spanish Teacher

Participate in curriculum review and design while implementing effective instructional strategies consistent with lesson objectives. Diagnose and evaluate student abilities, monitor progress, and adjust instruction accordingly to meet individual needs. Create a conducive learning environment, assess student accomplishments regularly, and refer students for alternative services such as ESL or special reading support. Collaborate with department and grade-level teachers, serve on committees, and remain current on instructional practices and technology. Maintain accurate records and adhere to state statutes, school board policies, and district initiatives. Complete 200 days of work under the supervision of the principal.
